Synthetic Cubism was a significant development within the Cubist art movement, primarily associated with artists Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque. It emerged in the early 20th century as a departure from Analytical Cubism. In Synthetic Cubism, artists created compositions by assembling and pasting together various materials, such as newspaper clippings, sheet music, and fabric, onto their canvases. This approach introduced a greater sense of abstraction and played with the idea of creating art from everyday objects and materials.
